Can the financial sector play a role in preserving our natural capital? At the request of the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency have Rens van Tilburg and Elisa Achterberg studied that question. The answer is ‘yes’. But that does not mean that the government can lean back. Government and financial sector are complementary and reinforce each other’s actions.
